Orders & Payments
All prices displayed on TeaTox.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Orders placed are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel or refund your order.
TeaTox.pk also reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, or incomplete customer details.
Orders & Payments
All orders are dispatched via PostEx courier service.
Delivery is generally completed within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout before confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. TeaTox.pk will not be liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.
Return & Refund Policy
TeaTox.pk offers a same-day return policy only if the product packet is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Once the packet has been opened or tampered with, it will no longer be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers must notify our support team within the same day of receiving their order to initiate a return request.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the product has been received and verified by our team. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
Liability, Modifications & Contact
TeaTox.pk does not take responsibility for any health issues, side effects, or misuse of products. Customers are advised to check ingredients before use, especially if they have allergies or medical conditions.
Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these without prior notice.
